The is an SLCE Architects-designed building that will have 44 floors. It will be the tallest building in the neighborhood. Space for this project is 513,850 square feet of residential space and it has been divided among 544 apartments.There are 162,220 square feet of commercial space are allocated and a 15,521-square-foot community facility. SLCE stands for Ruby Schron’s  Cammeby’s International that will be a multi-purpose building.

10 Montieth Street


This will be a  265,629-square-foot, seven-story building with 398 units. It will have a  5,000-square-foot commercial component. Dushinsky’s Rabsky Group is developing this project.

416 Kent Avenue

Eliot Spitzer’s Spitzer Enterprises are going to construct two rental buildings at this Williamsburg location. The plan needs  149,000 square feet of residential space for 200 units, a 3,000-square-foot commercial space, and 233 parking spots. This is going to be designed by ODA Architecture.

74-10 88th Street

Nathan Hirsch is planning this  Talmudic seminary.The location is in the  Glendale neighborhood of Queens. It will be designed by Mark Mariscal.It will be the four-story and  142,183-square-foot building.

101 Pennsylvania Avenue


This will be a  seven-story medical office building is proposed for this location of Brooklyn. Murray Architects are designing this project that will be 121,000-square-foot building.

1535 Bedford Avenue


This project will be planned at the location of Williamsburg. Adam America Real estate is developing this 133-unit residential building.  This will be an eight-story with the structure of 106,006-square-foot  include 15,000-square-foot commercial space. Adam America bought the site for $32.5 million according to some resources.

79 Avenue D


L+M Development is constructing this 79 Avenue D project at the location of Alphabet city. It will be a 12 story building. The project calls for 108 units over the 88,170 square feet of residential space.

42-10 27th Street


This project is developing by the New York Lions Group.It will be an 18 story building with 90,000 residential building. Sheridan bought the property for the total of $8 million.

2763 Morris Avenue 


This project will be developed by Alex Berkovitch’s Universal Contracting.It will be  68,056-square-foot residential development. The location for this project will be the Bronx. James McCullar Architecture is designing this  11-story building of this project.

953 Atlantic Avenue


Borough Park-based developer Bere Weber is planning to build this avenue by replacing the White Castle. It will be a  98-unit residential building. This will be an eight and 67,253-square-foot building.
